The 2024 Britannia investment coin is struck from 31.1 grams of 999‰ pure silver, it is 38.61mm in diameter by 3mm thick and its nominal value is £2. Issued annually by The Royal Mint since 1997, the "Britannia" is the "Latin" name for "Great Britain" when it was under Roman occupation. It takes its name from the female embodiment of the British nation. As with the gold Britannia, the silver coin exists in several formats: 1/2, 1/4 and 1/10 of an ounce and also in "Proof" quality

Obverse: depicts the portrait of King Charles III of the United Kingdom as well as the nominal value

Reverse: female figure dressed in a cape, holding a Trident in her right hand wearing an ancient Greek helmet. In his left hand, a shield on which appears the Union Jack flag. Information
