Payment

The person who orders is the only one authorized to pay.

His name will appear on the final invoice.

To receive your order at the depot, you will need your identity card / passport.

A copy will be requested during your visit.

It is possible to pay in cash up to €3,000.

It is not possible to fix a price in advance by this method.

Only a customer who has already ordered at least 1x on the store can place an order of this type.

Beyond €2,500 we are obliged to identify any buyer.

We strongly recommend payment by bank transfer.

If you pay exceeding payment deadlines which is fixed in our general terms of sale, the order may be cancelled.

Your order may be delayed due to stock movement.

You will be charged cancellation fees.

Advice: a quick payment blocks the ordered product, the delivery time will be respected.

For the first 3 orders, 10% minimum deposit is essential to fix the price, initiate the order.

The balance must be on our account within 72 hours of the date of the confirmed order.

The date and time of your deposit credited to our account will automatically be the basis for fixing your final price.

Tip: instant payment allows prices to be fixed when you order.

We encourage our customers to pay by bank transfer (no fees and priority processing)

Payments by Bancontact card are possible for an additional fee.

We accept credit cards such as Mastercard and VISA under conditions (identity card + energy bill to be provided)

Payment with a credit card generates additional delays beyond our control.
