1. Order Confirmation

For your first order, contact us directly, it's easier.

Once your basket has been validated, you will receive an email summarizing your order. (watch your SPAMS directory)

When your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email with an invitation to pay with all the data. Confirmation can take place within a maximum of 24 hours.

2. Payment

From the receipt of confirmation of your order, your payment must be on our account within 72 hours. Customers with less than 3 orders made must pay a deposit (10%) to initiate any order.

When we receive your payment, an automatic email is sent to you.

3. Shipping

Once your order has been paid, it will be dispatched within 48 hours by the logistics department.

Packages are carefully and discreetly packaged. The process is always filmed and saved.

A tracking number will be given to you when your package is on the road.

For collection at a collection point, you will be contacted by our services to set an appointment.

 

Your price is fixed if your deposit (10%) or total payment arrives instantly in our bank account. Instant payment makes it possible to transfer money under 15 min. In order to definitively set a spot price at a given time.

 

On the sheet of each product is the delivery time. This is respected 96% of the time.

Weekend and public holidays are not taken into account because the transport companies are closed.
